- EGM Services, Inc (DonateMoney2Me.com) will never
reveal your name or email address or any other personal information
to any outside sources. See Privacy Policy
- EGM Services, Inc. agrees to create and maintain a
special web page where you can receive donations through the use of
a Paypal account.
- This service to continue as long as you have a
valid EGM account.
- EGM can at it's discretion, edit, or refuse to post
any wording we receive from you.
- We will not post anything to your web page related
to hate or that is sexual in content.
- You will be responsible for all content on your web
page.
- You will be responsible for opening your Paypal
account.
- You will not hold EGM Services Inc. responsible for
anything other than providing and posting to the special web page
your wording which is provided by you.
- EGM cannot guarantee and does not promise any
amounts of contributions as these are factors out of our control. We
will take the necessary steps to make sure our web site is seen on
the Internet and pages are submitted to search engines.
- If you put your name, address or any other
information on your web page, you do so at your own risk. We highly recommend
not using a mailing address (unless it is a PO Box) or your
permanent personal email address for your Paypal button.
- We also suggest that you not include a phone
number.
- We strictly prohibit spamming by e-mail or
newsgroups or other means. Spamming is the sending of unsolicited
emails or sending messages to new groups promoting your web page. Do
this and you lose your page and no refund either.
- Due to Florida regulations, no member may accept
donations fro Florida residents and Florida residents may not
sign-up for a donation page.
- EGM Services, Inc. cannot control others from using
the email address in your Paypal button from emailing that address,
although unsolicited email is forbidden, we have no control over
others abusing this method to email that address. See #16 and read: Privacy
& Warnings
- EGM Services, Inc, DonateMoney2Me.com is not
responsible for any outside parties that may contact you for any
reason, including disreputable people who try to extort monies from
you.
- It is your responsibility to choose an email
address with your Paypal account. Our instructions indicate that you
should use a free email account at yahoo or hotmail for this
purpose. Instructions will be given to you at sign up on how to
handle this.
- EGM Services Inc and DonateMoney2Me.com is not
liable for any emails you receive to the email address used on your
web page or Paypal button, nor the consequences associated with
their abuse by outside parties.
- Once we have set up your donation page, we do not
refund the set up fees or advance payments (such as the 6 month pay
in advance at discount fees), however you are free to cancel your
page at any time.
