	We are a family of 6 with 3 dogs and 2 cats. It’s me, my wife, 3 daughters, 1 son and my sister’s son. We all live in a four bedroom house. A future filled with hope and promise was what we had, but hard times have fallen on this family in need of your help to assure the future of this family. I’m a father trying to save his family from being homeless this Christmas  please help me save our home!
	I was working earlier this year, but I started having problems with my hands and wrist and was on light-duty since June 2007. On August 1,2007 I lost my job and things just went down hill from there. My boss at that time told me at 11:00 am that I had till 2:00pm to finish 2 filters or find another job. The filters take 8 hours a piece to complete. When I told him that I also said that we didn’t have the parts and that I was on light-duty. He said that was my problem not his. I had been there over 4 years, was putting  60+ hour a week making good money.
	At that time I was seeing an orthopedics for my hands and in the middle of September he told me that there was nothing he could do for my hands. He sent me to take an impairment test to see at what percent my hand usages was at. My percentage was at 30. My wife is working 2 jobs just to pay enough on the bills so they don’t get turned off. So we can  have lights, gas, water , food for us and our pets. I started a business like the one you see on tv but it takes money to make money. We are trying to make ends meet, but we can’t make it we desperately need your help to save Christmas and our home. Before we lose everything that we worked so hard to get please help us get back on our feet and into a future filled with hope and promise again.
	Our oldest daughter is 13 years old turning 14 at the end of this month. Then next in line is Esperanza she past away April 1,1997 she was 18 months old, she had a brain tumor. A father should never have to bury there baby. I hope you never lose a baby or a loved one before their time. 10 years and the pain is still the same. Our son is 9 years old then our daughter the baby of the family is 5 turning 6 next month . Then my sister’s son is 16 years old, when he was living with his mom he got stabbed in the back with a 6" knife at the age of 14 he almost lost his life but he made it. I’m helping to keep him away from that life of gangs and drugs.
	I came from that life style and turned my life around. I was doing good till I lost the usage of my hands. When I lost my daughter 10 years ago I lost my job because they only gave me three days to get over the death of my baby. So I got behind on my bills had a baby on the way . I sold drugs to pay my bills. Then when my son was a year I got locked up for three years in a federal prison . I didn’t know the families I had hurt by selling drugs. While in prison I got my GED and learned of the families that got hurt by drugs. Mine was hurt too my sister’s son at the age of 14 on drugs and got stabbed. My family did hard time with me, my wife with our 2 kids living in a room no bigger then my cell. I don’t want to do that again, that is why I am asking for your help.
	When I got out I worked hard to get us a home of our own for the last 6 years. My mom got a house 2 years ago and when she went back to Texas earlier this years she left me her house I took over the house payment everything was fine till I lost my job. She came back to help us save the house but the bank wants all the money by 12-15-07 $4,000 + late fees. We got  $1,500 we need $2,500 more to Help us reach our goal. With your help, we can have a Christmas in our home and in return, you’ll gain the satisfaction of knowing you helped a family in need this Christmas. Please try to give something every little bit helps. We desperately need your help we’re running out of time.
