In Early 2008 A State Government Agency Came And Turned Are Small Family Owned And Operated Company Upside Down!

Stopping Us From Working Till We Complied With Rules That Became Effective 23 Years After My Grandfather Started Our Business.
We Went From Working Hard And Paying The Bills To Having No Income Over Night!

The Worst Part Is We Did Not Run Our Company Into The Ground, Or Lose Money From The Bad Economy. The DEP (A State Agency) Stepped In And Said No More Production Till You Comply With The Rules!
As A Small Family Operation We Had Little Money For Extra Expenses Such As This, We Sank Every Dime We Had Into Complying With The DEP.
After A Long And Painfully Money Draining Process We Were Given A Permit To Run Our Business On 5 Acres.

We Had 68 Acres That Or Company Used. So This Was Like Money Down The Drain. We Were Going To Make A Run At It To Make A Living Under These New Red Tape Rules And Regulations We Suddenly Found Our Selves Governed By. Then We Were Informed Since We Were Issued A Permit Our Company Now Was Also Under The Regulations Of The MSHA A Federal Agency. All But One Piece Of Our Equipment Was To Old To Pass There Safety Regulations. So Now After Putting Every Penny in And Barrowing Money Against Our Home We Find That We Need To Buy New Or Used Equipment.

Even Used To Replace What We Needed To Operate Was Near $900,000.00 In Replacement Costs.
We Were Forced  To Close.

Now We Are Losing Our Home And Property That Our Family Owned And Operated Our Company On For 60 Years Because The Governments Rules Bankrupted Us.

Being Self Employed A Good Paying Job Has Yet To Be Found. It Seems Running A Company For Over 15 Years (As Am The Third Generation To Own And Operate Our Company) Is Not As Good As A Degree.
So I Have Been Working Low Paying Factory Jobs. And Have Been Laid Off Twice Since Late 2008.

My Unemployment Was Not Enough To Pay The Bills And Is After Only Four Months Its Going To Run Out.
I Ask If You Can Help My Family Keep Our Home, Our Land Were Our Family Ran Our Company, And Our Heritage. We Will Be Eternally Grateful!!

I Am No Bum Either, I Tried To Start A New Venture On The Same Property. Less Noise Then The Old Company A Membership Only Off Road Vehicle Park.
But The Township Then Imposed Rules Such As A DEP Planning Module To Place A Port-O-Pot.
A Land Development Plan(Even Though No Changes To The Property Were Planned And No Structures Were To Be Built.)

An Lighting Even Though Club Hours Were To Be Dawn Till Dusk. ( And No Solar Lighting Is Allowed)
These Were Just A Few Of The Nonsense Red Tape Rules They Imposed To Basically Say No Small Business Is Allowed To Succeed.

If I Could Save My Home I Would But We Have Been Stopped At Every Turn!
So Again Anything You Can Send Will Go To Keep A Roof Over My Families Heads (My Wife My Little Girl Age 3 And Myself) And Help Us Start Over.

(I guess Go Get The Degree That Says I Can Do the Job I Have been Doing My Whole Life) So I Can Get A New Better Job.
