Here once again the season for giving is upon us. I ask that you listen to these words not only with your ears, but with your heart as well. These times of economical and global crises there are many among us who struggle just to survive.

The story I'm about to tell you is about a young man who would be among the first to reach out with a helping hand to anyone who would be in this predicament. This young man just happens to be my baby brother, I'm doing this because he would never ask for this kind of help for himself just others. Several months ago he lost his job, he has been seeking employment for any odd jobs just to keep things going. However unfortunately his partner in life didn't seem to share the same priorities. Just so you can understand the man we are talking about a little better, let me tell you a little bit about him. His father in law passed away several years ago, and like many he took his mother in law in. He built a beautiful home for himself and his family.

He took his mother in law in so she wouldn't have to live alone and struggle, and times being as they are now his daughter and husband fell on hard times there self, they also had two small children whom he just adores. With the uncertainty of being called back to work, he just put his faith and trust in the Lord to supply the means to take care of his family of whom he loved an adored so much. He was doing a very nice job of supplying everyone's needs.

Now I just ask you to image for one moment the person you were married to for 26 years coming to you and telling you that you was a good husband, a good provider, an a good father, but I don't love you any more, that I actually hate you, and you make me sick. At that moment my brother's whole world came crashing down. Not only did he loose his job, but the one whom he cherished and loved so dearly, basically let him know that there whole relationship was nothing more than a lie, and if that wasn't bad enough in it's self, he found out that she hadn't paid any bills in the past four months.

Everything this young man had worked so had for was about to be lost. He had to file bankruptcy on his beautiful home and his vehicle. His wife, daughter, son in law and grand children moved out of state after leaving him with nothing. Mother in law went to live with one of her other son's. My brother was left with nothing and no one.

The one he put his trust in really stuck it to him which led up to the bankruptcy. Two weeks ago we found my brother laying on his cold basement floor all covered in a blanket, he had took an overdose of sleeping pills. and tried to commit suicide, We were lucky to find him in time. He was rushed to the hospital and will be ok in that aspect.

He told me he had nothing left with no one to turn to. I told him he was wrong he had the Lord on his side. That he would not forsake him nor leave his side. I’m asking in the name of Jesus of my brothers and sisters to help me help my baby brother. Any donations no matter how small would be greatly appreciated to save this young man's home. You will never meet a more finer young man who is a hard worker, or one that is more deserving. Time is of greater essence here, before foreclosure takes place.

I wish you could all meet him and know him as I do and you would know how wonderful of a person he is. Those who cannot afford a donation your prayers would be as greatly appreciated.
